It’s an unusual reason ; because the seven year old’s description could never be proven.
It’s almost an admission and sounds specious.

This reminds me of how Oscar Wilde was prosecuted.

He was accused (in court) of kissing his (male) maid, all expressions of homosexuality being illegal and he made the mistake of joking in front of a judge who considered humor in this matter to be a hanging offense. He said something like “Of course not, the boy is plain, we all feel sorry for him.” And then the judge gave him a look that let him know it was over and poor mister Wilde was reduced to begging and saying that he would no more kiss a door knob.

Predatory, self-loathing, closet lesbian with a healthy streak of racism. What a peach.

Prosecutors said that after failing a polygraph test, Stokes insisted to Humble police that she had not touched the girl “on any part of her body.”

Teacher also has a bit of a problem with facts. Let’s add serial liar to her resume.

Since she has such a bullet-proof defense, maybe Bobby Jindal will invite her to Louisiana to teach creationism in one of his charter schools.

Glad Jesus wasn’t British, he went around kissing men all the time (kissing was how friends greeted each other before the handshake became the standard) and that would have probably gotten him in trouble with the authorities. Oh, wait…..

This woman had no business being given a teaching job in the first place. I read about this on Raw Story and visited the school’s Facebook page. The school is predominantly black. If she didn’t plan on offering a quality education to all of her students, she shouldn’t be teaching anything, anywhere. I’m a retired teacher, and we had teachers at the high school where I worked who obviously didn’t like kids. Many of them were as mean as snakes to their students. I didn’t think they should have been given a teaching job, either. I guess they, like Esther Stokes, were there mainly to make money to support their families. I don’t buy Stokes’ claim that because she’s a racist, she couldn’t possibly have molested the child. She doesn’t seem to know much about our nation’s history. Masters had sex with enslaved women all of the time, even though they claimed they were “inferior” to them. If the woman became pregnant, they also weren’t above selling their own kid on the auction block to the highest bidder.
